Christopher A. Baas
Chris is an accountant and technology consultant. He attended Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa graduating in May of 1997 with a degree in Accounting. During his college career, he was on the dean's list and lettered as a Freshman in Baseball and Football as a student/athlete.
Chris worked as a staff accountant during and after his college career with Baas, Bruce, & Associates, P.C. in Omaha. He was also employed as a staff auditor with KPMG LLP international in Des Moines, Iowa from September 1998 before returning to Baas & Associates, P.C. in February, 2000.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and Certified Business Manager (CBM). He in charge of managing the firms software deployment and licensing, hardware implementation and maintenance, and related technology activities. He has had experience with web site/application development, database, graphic/video design, network administration, along with other technology related pursuits. He is a Certified NetSuite Consultant/Solution Provider, a Certified Advanced Quickbooks® ProAdvisor. He is also a member of the Best/Sage® Software Accountant Alliance Program (SAA) as it relates to MAS 90/200™, and is a Microsoft Registered Partner.
He is married to his wife Ami and they have a daughter Averi.
